SO WHAT DO WE DO?

Have you ever heard of a loan modification or forbearance agreement?  That’s what we do.  In short, if someone is behind on their mortgage payments we negotiate with their lender to reduce the amount needed to reinstate their loan and reduce their monthly payments.

123 Fix My Loan is a new Company…  we started from the ground up 8 months ago.  We have expanded throughout New England and have our eyes set on the entire country by years end.  You’re going to be amazed at how much has been done and how fast we’ve grown in 8 months.  We are young, energetic and driven.  We’ve already helped almost 1000 people avoid foreclosure, reduce their reinstatement amount and reduce their monthly payments.  We operate our business with integrity and will only hire someone who conducts themselves with integrity. 

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?*Receiving incoming calls and prequalifying potential clients (no outgoing or cold calls) *Analyzing income and expense reports *Qualifying clients for our program *Signing new clients up. *The Loan consultants (YOU) job ends when the prospect becomes a client! QUALIFICATIONS:

*Real estate knowledge

*Can you sell? SCHOOLING & EXPERIENCE: •Military experience, Associates or Bachelors degree is beneficial •As all training will be conducted in house, all we are looking for is people who can sell. COMPENSATION:
