Principal Financial Group, one of the nation’s largest ESOP service providers, is looking for a Manager in our Appleton, WI office.Responsibilities:This individual will be responsible for leading and directing a team in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan Administration department. Have overall responsibility of client satisfaction of plan administration services on specified accounts. Provide solutions that are customized to the clients needs. Collaborate to improve plan administration processes/practices for clients. Consult with clients on complex matters. Provide constructive input to the strategic direction of the department. Develop and maintain a results-oriented environment, with a focus on continuous process improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 6-8 years of progressive experience with managing defined benefit and/or contribution plan experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory position.  Requires excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, presentation, organizational/management, leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.  Must be knowledgeable of Pension business and customer service requirements.  Series 7 registration may be required within 12 months.At the Principal Financial Group, we offer a competitive total compensation package and a comprehensive benefits package to meet each of your needs.
