MORTGAGE OPERATIONS MANAGER

 

Freedom Mortgage, a national mortgage company, has an immediate opening for an experienced Operations Manager in our Newark, DE location. 

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

·  Work with Underwriting loan set-up to insure a smooth flow for closing, post closing and insuring

·  Direct day to day management of FHA/VA insuring, closing and post closing departments

·  Act as contact for technical and logistical issues affecting the branch

·  Assist with oversight of branch in Branch Manager’s absence

·  Manage subordinate supervisors and their areas

·  Provide orientation and training to new hires

·  Draft policies and procedures for direct and indirect reports

·  Special projects as assigned by Branch Manager

 

FHA/VA and underwriting experience preferred.  Bachelor’s degree or one to two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
