At TransUnion, a leader in the information services industry, we've made a habit of impacting the world around us.  Our commitment to technology is second to none.  And because we constantly encourage new ideas and new thinking from our associates, our continued growth is assured.  Responsibilities and Duties:1.  Responsible for managing the totality of healthcare provider relationships including: ability to describe needs and preferences of key contacts and decision makers; understanding of organizational resources available for deployment; monitoring customers level of satisfaction with TransUnion solutions; and matching appropriate solutions to customer identified needs. 2.  Complete knowledge of customers' businesses to include: in-depth knowledge of business; ability to discuss customer's goals, strategies, and objectives; ability to discuss ways of generating additional sales; detailed account record keeping practices; developing presentations and proposals reflecting customer's goals and strategies; ability to speak to demographic, market and regulation trends impacting clients business. 3.  Able to forecast future sales revenues including: able to calculate probability of sale throughout each phase of the selling cycle; identifying potential market, competitive, and demographic factors impacting forecast; client's decision making process and key players; client's willingness to do business; and the overall value of a sale to TransUnion. 4.  Capable of providing palatable solutions to address diverse customer concerns including: holding meaningful conversations with all customer employee levels; acting as a sales consultant to influence criteria for solutions decisions; active involvement with developing and designing the solution be proposed to the customer; facilitating the overall process leading from problem recognition to specifying the proper solution; and recognizes the importance of timely solution development during a customer's purchase cycle. 5.  In depth knowledge of the full spectrum of TransUnion's healthcare product group and solution sets including: product performance and market share; ability to make recommendations on products enhancements, changes, and direction; product integration; and key components of our solutions as compared to the competition; must become familiar with IT Solutions.  Qualifications:Minimum 3-5 years of previous sales or marketing experience or background in a healthcare-related industry.  Bachelors Degree in business, marketing or related area preferred. Highly proficient in verbal, written, presentation, organizational and PC software skills. Able to work independently and within a team environment, and to deal effectively with customers, employees and all levels of management at customer and within our organization.  Good organizational abilities, with proven ability to manage time and workload. Strong initiative and ability to learn quickly.  Strong customer service skills especially follow up. Ability to seek out new contacts and conduct research to assess feasibility of new ideas. Experience in prospecting, cold calling and selling to CEOs/CFOs.  This experience in healthcare, hospitals that use healthcare information systems and/or patient accounting a plus.
