Management Consultant:  The ideal OrG Management consultant is someone who enjoys the balance of a client interfacing role and doing the detail work that the deliverables require.  Understands the importance and is willing to invest whatever time it takes to get the deliverables done.  This person loves a challenge and thrives in an environment that fosters growth through success.    

 

Minimum Experience:

1.       2-3 years consulting experience in financial services

2.       Knowledgeable in risk management

3.       Software application development understanding and/or expertise
