It is part of the Business Case Development department and it reports to the Vice President, Business Case Development. Performance Objectives:1. Manage department by directing, coordination and controlling various functions performed by the department to ensure effective and efficient operations2. Provide quality, accurate, competitive and timely responses3. Manage employees to maximize their talents4.
