Manager - Customer Care Team (Call Center)
CareOne, part of the Ascend One family of businesses, provides products and services designed to help our customers regain financial 'health'.
Our Customer Care contact center has an immediate need for an experienced customer service team manager to join our management team. Our Customer Care Manager provides the day-to-day guidance, support, and supervision to a team of customer care associates. Our customer care associates respond to inbound telephone calls from existing customers and resolve account issues.
Qualifications for this position include:Minimum of 2 years experience as a team manager in an inbound call center, including day-to-day management, performance management, mentoring/development and hiring/selectionProven ability to effectively motivate staff and meet/exceed team performance goalsExcellent communication skillsKnowledge and/or experience in collections, credit or other areas of financial services preferredExperience managing remote agents helpfulWorking knowledge of personal computers and related softwareAbility to work evening (such as 2 to 11) and/or Saturday schedule(s)
