Manager Employment - Sr. HR Generalist

Calamos Investments, a leading investment management company, is seeking a well experienced human resources professional with strong background in recruitment.  Will manage recruitment function for entire firm and function as HR relationship manager to several departments.  Experience in employee relations and HR planning with senior managers is strongly desired.  Must be results-oriented and a strong team player.

 

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and perhaps a master’s plus at least ten years of related experience, including financial services, and a desire to work in a progressive, value-added HR environment.  A passion for HR excellence and the asset management business could make you a prime candidate for this excellent career opportunity.
