Manager - Finance, Recovery Collections

Manages officers and staff with focus on driving performance and enhancing processes to improve financial results. Provides financial oversight, leadership and support to multiple sites and functions within the Collections organization. Manage, design and implement process and systems to maximize service efficiencies. Review and modify internal controls against regulatory requirements.  Expertise with a variety of financial concepts, practices and procedures.  Relies on extensive experience, familiarity and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  Manage directives to meet Business Plan, Budget, Goals and complete various assigned projects.  Interface with Senior Management within Recovery, including Director, to provide information regarding assigned tasks and responsibilities.Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience, advanced Degree preferred. Five years of business related experience is required.  Familiarity and understanding of financial industry required. Previous expense management and a strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling in a business environment is required. Previous management experience preferred.
