We have an immediate opportunity for a Manager in our Institutional Services group.Responsibilities:1. Responsible for all plan implementation, conversion and maintenance activitya. New Plan Set-up and Implementationb. Internal conversion to Mutual Fund platformc. External conversion of plans (records and funds) from prior carrierd. Fund Exchangese. Deconversions (to new record carrier)f. Plan Terminationsg. Other Plan maintenance functions in support of plan sponsor requirements 2. Responsible for all new business support functions3. Lead two teams in the above functions, including performance coaching and improvement and individual development, resulting in enhanced service levels and increased individual performance results4. Play key role in leading continuous improvement efforts to includea. Standardized business processesb. Increased automation and documentationc. Trainingd. Monitor process compliance with SAS 70 & SOXRequirements:1. Bachelor's degree and 5 years related business experience including 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role (NOTE: Four years of directly related work experience may be substituted for the college degree).2. Proven project management across multi-functional teams3. Previous capacity management – monitoring volume and capacity to actual work; adjust as priorities change without sacrificing client satisfaction; monitor productivity and achieve improvements based on automation and continuous improvement; monitor staffing and proactively address staffing needs4. Proven people management skills of minimum 8-10 team members5. Demonstrated results in continuous improvement and business process standardization, utilizing systems and non-systems solutionsThe ideal Manager will be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on providing a high quality of customer service, leading to sustainable customer relationships.
