Manager - Nonqualified Plan Services

As a Manager of Nonqualified Plan Services you will:
- Manage a team of project and technical leads: set goals and standards, train and mentor, evaluate performance, and guide daily operations.
- Oversee each lead's projects, ensuring strict adherence to Vanguard policies and procedures, agreed upon time frames, and audit requirements.
- Work with the department's management team to develop and implement staffing and operational plans.
- Act as a resource for internal and external clients during the project process.
- Own and enhance the business project process by establishing standards for planning, execution, transition and pipeline.
- Continuously improve your team's business project capabilities in accordance with Vanguard Unmatchable Excellence process improvement methods.
- Revise departmental policies and procedures to meet changing business needs.
- Represent your business unit at senior management meetings.

Position Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of five years of business/project-management experience, including at least three years of specifically related experience with Institutional clients.
- Vanguard Institutional client contact preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and communication skills.
- Demonstrated consensus-building, client relationship management and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Proven strategic thinking.
- Ability to master quickly Vanguard audit procedures and systems requirements.
