And whether we're helping customers or building careers, we're experts at creating the kind of advantages that help people reach their goals. WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION? Individual will be accountable for leading the Operational Performance reporting administrators and analysts in the proliferation of report automation and standardization across USWM operations centers, including Individual Annuity, Mutual Funds, Individual Life, Retirement and Institutional Investment Products. This individual will also be accountable to manage the prioritization of work effort on all USWM Service reporting projects and to develop/adhere to a cost benefit analysis on projects requiring capital investment. Will need to act as a subject matter expert and key business contact for all reporting technologies in use within the service centers. Particular focus should be on developing the reporting staff across multiple technologies and operations to facilitate maximum use of resources and ultimately increasing the overall technical scope of the team. It will be necessary to develop a strong working relationship with the technical support teams within the data warehousing and IT organizations and to manage the priority of requests made to these teams.  This position is responsible for developing reporting strategy, and building/maintaining an effective reporting infrastructure in support of USWM service center business objectives.  Includes: ·  Managing staff, vendor relations, implementation, and technical infrastructure support of contact center resource/workforce management technologies   within USWM Service & Technology.·  Managing the design, support and maintenance of Performance Management technologies- including technical solutions for Balanced Scorecard and   Agent Scorecards within USWM Service Operations.Managing the proliferation of enterprise management report automation and standardization and the implementation and support of all reporting technologies used within USWM Service Operations.WHAT ELSE CAN YOU TELL ME? Hartford Life is:# 1 in Broker sold Annuities since 1993# 2 seller of Variable Universal Life Insurance# 1 seller of Group Disability InsuranceIf you are a self-starter, have an entrepreneurial spirit, energy, and a positive attitude, this position is for you. Our Core Values:  Integrity • Financial Discipline • Diversity & Inclusion • Customer Focus • Winning Spirit • Teamwork The Hartford is an Equal Opportunity Employer. ** NO AGENCIES PLEASE **

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? MIS or Business Degree with 5+ years operations reporting experience, preferably in contact center environment.  Requisite competencies include technology expertise including telephony and IT systems (e.g., Avaya PBX, IVR, CTI, BSR), reporting and data warehousing techniques and technologies, and IEX contact center workforce management system, strong leadership and resource management, communication and influencing, customer focus and relationship building skills.  TECHNICAL SKILLS:Data Warehousing Tools, Databases, Programming Internet development Technologies  Reporting Tools
