The length of the distribution leadership development phase is based on the trainee's prior experience, development plan and market availability. * For El Paso, TX areaCandidates must complete 4 stages of training: Education, Sales leadership workshop, licensing (as required by state) and Mini-Market Sales.  Once training is complete, candidate will be assigned to a group of Allstate agencies to support and manage.  Mobility is a requirement of this position.  Qualified candidates should have 3 or more years of sales management experience and background in the insurance and/or financial services industry.  During the training phase, new hires will be required to earn the following licenses: Property and Casualty, Life and Health, Series 6, 26, 51 or 53, and 63.
