Market Research Analyst The position will be responsible for web analytics, market research and conversion performance testing. This is a key contributor position and will be integral part of our direct marketing team. Reporting and tracking:  Create, monitor, track and report appropriate metrics on weekly or monthly basis to key stakeholders, management and clients. Refine and manage marketing testing performance reports, dashboards and business analysis. Produce ad-hoc analysis requested by sales/marketing management. Assist in managing quality of database used to produce reporting and analysis. Recommend proposals for new online marketing action plans. Online Testing Analysis:  Track and compare results to determine which test variable or element is ideal to produce the ideal results to achieve set objectives. Use query and analysis tool to define and track key performance metrics related to business performance, identify success and failure points or opportunities for improvement, and provide insights into key business and customer activities on the website. Analyze and interpret testing data and synthesize information and translate into effective and actionable plans. Develop online customer behavior analysis and segmentation analysis. Provide reporting, analysis and online testing support and direction to the online business team as well as the product management team. JOB SPECIFICATIONS (KSA’S) · Strong analytical backgrounds, demonstrating an ability to collect data, analyze trends, find opportunities, draw conclusions and make recommendations.· Detail oriented, well organized and able to assume responsibility to project deliverables with limited supervision.· Ability to deliver results in a fast-past, deadline driven environment that requires ability to handle multiple tasks at once.· Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.· Effective organizational and project management skills are needed.· Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills are necessary.· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications; Demonstrate expertise with SQL, Cognos and MS Excel.·  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE · BS/BA Degree in Business, Math, Statistics, Economics or related field is mandatory but MBA is preferred.· Two to four years of quantitative analysis with marketing programs or related websites is preferred.· Demonstrated ability to track, assess, and analyze customer performance is critical.· Experience with online testing is preferred.  For immediate consideration for this position, please visit www.worldaccess.com and apply through our parent company Allianz's International Job Markets page.  World Access Inc. is a Equal Opportunity Employer.
