Marketing Analytics Manager
Description:Overview: - Responsible for data mining, marketing analysis and reporting for large financial company- Individual contributor- Directly report to Marketing DirectorResponsible for supporting Marketing's objectives for acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and profitability by identifying, designing and implementing analytic projects. Extract and leverage customer information from multiple data sources using sales force automation application and business intelligence analytics tools. Serves as a key subject matter expert in marketing analytics.Specifics:- Perform data slicing/datamining, marketing analysis and research including direct marketing response analysis, financial analysis, business trending, competitive analysis, segmentation, profiling, overall customer/data analysis, and forecasting. - Develop comprehensive ROI reporting (from CPL through NPV of accounts generated in acquisition, retention, and cross sales business units). Correlate revenue resulting from marketing programs.- Analyze monthly marketing campaign data (including phone, web, email leads and accounts) comparing actual data with marketing projections and/or previous period data.
