Marketing Associate

POSITION:  Marketing Associate

 

SALARY:  $40,000 to $75,000. Plus Bonus potential.

 

PLEASE NOTE – THE REASON THERE IS A WIDE RANGEON THE SALARY IS BECAUSE MY CLIENT WILL CONSIDER A RECENT UNDERGRAD WITH A RELATED INTERNSHIP or SOMEONE WITH 1 TO 5 YEARS OR SO OF RELATED EXPERIENCE.

 

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

· Write, edit, and update various types of mutual fund marketing material, including fact sheets, sales ideas, brochures, and sales presentations

 

· Oversee the creation and production of this material through all stages: design, approvals, printing/production, distribution

 

· Receive, prioritize, and fulfill communication requests from product management and sales force

 

· May also be involved with RFP’s (Request for Proposal’s)

 

· Maintain web pages for mutual fund section of company website

 

· Complete special projects as assigned.

 

 

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

 

Minimum Education: BS/BA degree, preferably business related

 

Preferred Previous Type of Company:  Investment manager or financial services

 

Special Experience, Qualifications and other comments:

 

· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

· Ability to respond to requests in a timely manner

· Ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines

· PC skills should include: Word, PowerPoint, Excel

· Knowledge of financial services is strongly preferred

· Strong writing skills
