This individual will participate in the full marketing process from strategy to list execution to mail drop. Work duties include participating in Strategy and PCM grid meetings, understanding the current program selection requirements and any changes communicated by Marketing through the monthly matrices, tracking of fallout reasons on Control Reports, reviewing Automated Audit System reports, using SAS to verify campaign selection criteria, and the auditing of BT, Promo Pricing, and CBB offer loads. Timeliness, accuracy, and attention to detail are required for success.Responsibilities: Develop and modify SAS code programs to check campaign level criteria for Portfolio Marketing campaigns. Campaigns include weekly, bi-weekly and monthly. Perform analysis on output of SAS program for each campaign. Determine if campaign met all requirements and objectives that the business partners requested. Research discrepancies and potential issues with campaign criteria that is not being met. Convey audit approval or results findings to PCM and Marketing. Maintain thorough documentation on all audits performed. Documentation includes audit files, SAS log files, audit approval emails, audit resolution emails and project request documentation. ,br> Attend business partner meetings to gather new campaign requirements and existing campaign strategy changes. Serve as a data subject matter expert. Validates results from nightly ETL (extract transfer and load) processes to ensure accurate data loads. SKILLSRequired: Skills Required: General knowledge of marketing and finance principles. Fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications. Very detailed orientated. Knowledge and ability to apply one or more query language. Proficient written and oral communications skills. Ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Ability to stay on task, work within tight time constraints and meet deadlines. Ability to perform work both independently and as part of a team, as well as achieve results cross functionally.
