TDAMERITRADE is an equal opportunity employer Coordinator, Marketing - Web ContentJOB OBJECTIVE:The Marketing Coordinator - Web Content is an individual contributor position reporting directly to the Marketing Senior Manager, eMarketing. The candidate will coordinate all online marketing changes, including managing requests, coordinating scheduling and implementation. The candidate will interact closely with marketing, T2, compliance, operations and other departments of TD AMERITRADE. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (not all inclusive) Ensure that all marketing Web sites are updated accurately, meeting deadlines through use of Interwoven TeamSite content management software Ensure that projects get worked, approved, and delivered on time Research, evaluate and prioritize online marketing change requests Document and manage approval process of online marketing projects Communicate with appropriate internal associates regarding online marketing changes and updates Manage schedule and implementation of multiple online marketing messages Monitor all marketing Web sites on a consistent basis for accuracy Ensure correct usage of TD AMERITRADE Brand Guidelines Expert Aprimo user (training available) EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE Analytical, organizational and time management skills Must be self-motivated and client service oriented Must demonstrate appropriate analytical skills, attention to detail and organizational skills, use of critical thinking to resolve problems Must have excellent interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills Must be able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure while remaining focused Nurtures and supports a high performance culture Leverages resources and removes obstacles; persuasive; adaptable Builds collaborative relationships - direct and matrix Possess overall business acumen Creative and innovative Excellent conflict management skills; good presentation skills Makes quality and decisive business decisions Comfortable with senior management interactions Excellent project management skills 4-year degree in business or marketing; or an equivalent combination of experience and education 3+ years of work related experience, preferably in a mid-large size organization.
