The channel has 4.4 million bill pay and presentment customers, up 46% from the prior year, and its electronic document adoption rate is up over 100%. Traditional product sales through the online channel are also growing at double-digit rates As a result of this sustained growth, the online channel is now the largest transaction channel for Wells Fargo.As a Marketing Database Consultant within On-line Sales and Marketing Analytics, your primary responsibility will be to support the measurement, reporting and analysis of the on-line customer experience through WellsFargo.com and associated secure session banking applications. Your work will provide strategic and tactical business intelligence on the continuous improvement of credit product messaging, application experience and associated offers and contact strategies to drive significant growth in business results. You will be expected to extract, transform and interpret data. Based on data findings, develop hypotheses for testing, both proactively and in collaboration with Product Marketing Managers. The ability to synthesize large data sets, distill insights from on-line data in to focused recommendations and communicate effectively with Product Marketing Managers is essential to the success of a candidate.You will need practical experience with database analysis, ideally in an environment of multiple large-scale complex databases on different platforms. Flexibility and nimbleness across databases is critical, as is familiarity with optimizing efficiency of data queries and data/file manipulation. The On-Line Product and Web Channel Management Analytic team is part of the Customer Information and Analysis group within On-Line Sales and Marketing (OSM). Overall, the Customer Information and Analysis group is responsible for the database environment, toolset and associated business processes to leverage complex customer, product and internet channel data to create business insights, measure business performance, identify new business opportunities and effectively support new product or customer experience introductions.
