Job Description: Wells Fargo Home Equity is one of America's largest providers of home equity serving more than 4 million customer households. Wells Fargo was first to introduce the Home Asset ManagementSM Account (combines mortgage and a home equity line of credit, enabling customers to finance a home in an all-in-one process), and the first to introduce the SmartFit Home Equity AccountSM (helps borrowers in a rising interest rate environment by offering the certainty of a fixed rate and affordable payments as low as interest only). Wells Fargo Home Equity currently has $83 billion in receivables and accounts for more than twenty-five percent of all Wells Fargo outstandings. This position is responsible for consulting with clients to identify and define business requirements and translate marketing needs into complex analysis designs and recommendations. Ensures adherence to compliance regulations and policies. Responsibilities include data mining and predictive modeling, profitability analysis, new product support, customer segmentation, customer retention/satisfaction research and reporting, and campaign testing and evaluation; evaluating potential data sources and opportunities for additional statistical models; participating in development of enhanced management information capabilities; and interpreting and presenting results and recommendations to management. Manages project teams and may provide guidance to less experienced analysts. Minimum Qualifications: BS/BA or equivalent and minimum of 8 years experience.
