Great marketing/leadership opportunity with a young, growing company.  Pacer Financial is an independent wholesaling firm who distributes ETF’s, separate accounts and annuity products to multiple advisor channels.  The ideal candidate is a detail oriented multi-tasker, a talented verbal and written communicator and a team player with the ability to manage and motivate.

 Provide vision and motivation to marketing teamProvide strategic planning, direction and execution for direct mail campaigns, email campaigns, website, etc.Coordinate marketing efforts with marketing and sales teams across product initiativesEnsure that all marketing initiatives are compliant with FINRA/distributor rules

 

 

Required Skills:

 Minimum 5 years experience in marketing/sales environmentExperience marketing products to financial intermediariesExperience working through NASD/FINRA compliance proceduresExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong understanding of financial markets

 

Education/Licensing:

 

Four Year College degree required.

NASD Series 7 & 63 and Life License a plus.

Advanced degrees or professional designations such as CFP, ChFC, CLU, a plus.
