In addition to offering vehicle wholesale and retail financing to more than 4,400 Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge dealers, Chrysler Financial also provides fleet management and lines of credit to dealers.  Currently, nearly three million drivers in the United States enjoy the benefits of leasing or financing with Chrysler Financial.  Chrysler Financial has an employee base of 4,200 and supports a global portfolio of $75 billion.  For more information visit corp.chryslerfinancial.com. Seeking degreed individual to support projects and initiatives within the cf.com team.  Project management and prior leadership of large-scale intiative(s) required. The Interactive Project Manager works with internal and external parties to organize the varaious components needed to run and monitor projects for Chrysler Financial Web site.  Duties include managing schedules and activities, tracking progress and results to support the consumer Web site.  The Project Manager will also lead a number of operational functions of the site, such as monitoring and responding to inquiries from Customer Service, IT, and stakeholders.  This position requires excellent communication skills and knowlege of project management and standard office tools.  Numerous projects will be in-process concurrently.  This position will develop skills in a delivery practice based upon standard PMI principles.  An interest in project management and consumer-facing applications is desired.  An ability to interact effectively with multiple funcational areas such as Marketing, Communications, IT, etc. is required for success in this position.  Experience leading and interfacing with all levels of employees and leaders at all levels is required within this position.   Education and Training:1.  Bachelors degree required.  Project coordination experience desired.  Familiarity with project lifecycle and collaboration with technical development teams desired. Technical Knowledge/Skills:1.  Experience leading project teams of internal and external vendors and resources.  Experience in Web development projects desirable.2.  Project Management (PMI) process knowledge is required.3.  Working knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Project schedules, action plans, etc.4.  Familiarity collaborating with technical teams for custom system development (Java/J2ee, WebSphere, XML, etc.) desired. Performance Skills/Individual Competencies:1.  Strong analytical and time management skills, including the ability to review information from the project team and assess the impact to the overall business strategy and project delivery.2.  Understanding of internet technologies.3.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as advanced problem solving skills.4.  Superior meeting facilitation skills and competency working with virtual teams desirable.5.  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.6.  Ability to press for timely decisions and action as necessary a must. Experience:Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with project management, communication, and teamwork skills.Apply Now
