TD AMERITRADE is an equal opportunity employer MANAGER, MARKETING - E-MAIL CAMPAIGN WORK IN: Omaha, NE JOB OBJECTIVE:The Marketing Manager - E-Mail is an individual contributor position reporting directly to the Marketing Senior Manager, eMarketing. The candidate is responsible for external e-mail campaign management, campaign implementation and e-mail channel measurements. Also, maximizing effectiveness of e-mail communications to ensure program/campaign objectives are met. Additional duties may include Web site marketing project management.RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as e-mail subject matter expert in consultative role to Program Development team Coordinate and implement e-mail campaigns with internal marketing partners and external vendors utilizing Web-based e-messaging software Manage multiple projects on an on-going basis Ensure that work is of the highest quality and is delivered on time Collaborate with creative team and agencies Assist in relationship management with agencies and e-mail vendors Resolve conflicts and issues that may arise during the campaign timeline Communicate and update campaign status to internal departments and external vendors Monitor and track e-mail effectiveness Create improvements and make recommendations for highly effective and successful e-mail campaigns Provide support for Web marketing as needed Ensure correct usage of TD AMERITRADE Brand Guidelines Expert Aprimo user (training available) Builds collaborative relationships - direct and matrix Leverages resources and removes obstacles; persuasive; adaptable Nurtures and supports a high performance culture EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE: 4-year degree in business, design, marketing or advertising; or an equivalent combination of experience and education 3+ years of work related experience, preferable e-mail campaign development exposure PC literacy/Internet knowledge; expertise with HTML, Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Project. Experience with graphic design software desirable. TD AMERITRADE or financial services industry experience helpful Understanding of TD AMERITRADE, the company brand and strategic direction Detailed knowledge of TD AMERITRADE Web properties preferred Excellent project management skills and time management skills Must be Creative, innovative, self-motivated and client service oriented.
