Location: Riverwoods, IL UNITED STATESFunctional Area: MarketingMin Pay Rate: $Max Pay Rate: $Pay Type: YearResource Type: Full TimeJob Description: As a Project Manager on the Customer Contact Strategy (CCS) team, this individual will be part of Marketing’s internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team. The CCS team manages messaging, cross-selling, and servicing strategies across multiple customer touch points to achieve business goals and to deliver a brand-right customer experience. This position will specifically focus on the creation of a new CCS infrastructure as well as the expansion of CCS into new channels. These channels include Acquisition, Discover.com (the Account Center), the IVRs, Retention, Usage, and others. Duties and responsibilities include:• Managing the implementation of the new CCS infrastructure.• Managing the addition and integration of profitable new channels into CCS as part of the broad expansion of CCS. This will entail managing an entire program including the multiple layers of projects within the program.• Managing the current CCS decision rules with the Account Center. • Developing, managing, and implementing strategic initiatives and projects that focus on increasing profit and promoting customer experience.• Preparing and interpreting analysis to make critical business recommendations.• Acting as a liaison with Customer Service and Banking, Ecommerce, IVR, Fee Products, Balance Transfer, Print Letter Utility, and Reporting.• Leading a team of direct reports to accomplish the responsibilities above.
