Marketing Manager and Product Manager

Paladin is a staffing agency specializing in Marketing, Creative and Communications recruiting. www.paladinstaff.com One of our clients, a Fortune 500 corporation near Northfield, has an immediate opening for a Marketing Manager and Product Manager in their Financial Services division.

 

The right candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in managing the strategic development, creative execution and implementation of branded, integrated marketing communications programs to support the corporation’s business goals.  Experience working with financial services products including mutual funds, life insurance, annuities, etc, is required for this role. Salary range: $60,000-$73,000/year

Responsibilities:

1.  Developing and implementing marketing communications including, but not limited to collateral and content on corporate internet to support business strategies, programs, products and services offered by client agencies specific to financial products.

2.  Managing cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets and approval processes for new product launches and programs.

3.  Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external business partners and resources, including strategy/product managers and legal teams.

4.  Initiating creative concept development, reviewing design and copy to ensure brand consistency across all marketing support materials.

5.  Assure the financial collateral and online content is integrated with advertising, campaigns and programs as appropriate.

Experience Required:

 

This position requires a minimum of 5 years experience in marketing communications management.  Related financial or insurance industry experience is preferred.  Agency or client-side marketing experience is a must.

 

Computer Proficiency:

 

Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) preferred

 

Education:

 

College degree required.

 

Major preference:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Integrated Marketing Communications is preferred
