Understands the various marketing functions, historic performance, and currentgoals and tactics.

Partners with Finance to align marketing’s goals with line of business goals andto setup processes to receive data inputs.

Interacts effectively with marketing managers to share performance results,discuss implications of the findings, and identify appropriate next steps.

Researches, collects and analyzes data from company databases.

Builds data sets to support analysis and conducts analysis.

Leads and supports other team members in the development of mathematical orstatistical models using statistical, database, query language and spreadsheetsoftware as required.

Writes reports and memos.

Creates presentations summarizing recommendations and/or findings andfacilitates meetings to share the results.



5-7 years of experience
Masters degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or otherrelated degree

Experience using analysis to make objective recommendations

Aptitude and interest in creating models and conducting detailed analysis

Knowledge and experience with analytical tools and technologies (e.g., MicrosoftExcel, Microsoft Access, OLAP tools).

Ability to communicate effectively from junior staff up through marketingleadership

Preferred:

Knowledge of Group, Individual, Senior and Government health insurance marketsand products

Marketing experience
