We are looking for passionate people who want to make an impact and have fun doing so!This position will be responsible for driving DBC’s Internet Marketing strategy by working closely with consumer internet marketing team and external internet agencies. Basic Functions:Manage the overall online acquisition strategy for DBC internet programs, including Affiliates, Search, Online Media, Site enhancement and Email.Work closely with marketing partners and external agencies to ensure proper execution of above strategies.Manage the overall budget and investment decisions for all DBC internet initiatives – responsible for meeting channel account goal within CPA target.Monitor program performance, communicate key results and recommend rollout strategies by channel.SKILLSRequired: Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred Previous Internet or alternative channel marketing experience required, small business experience preferredStrong project management and organizational skillsStrong ability to prioritize multiple tasks, flexible and comfortable with fast paceGood analytical skillsEffective interpersonal skills, ability to influence others without direct authorityEnthusiasm and desire to make an impact mandatory Desired: Click here to apply:
