In addition to offering vehicle wholesale and retail financing to more than 4,400 Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge dealers, Chrysler Financial also provides fleet management and lines of credit to dealers.  Currently, nearly three million drivers in the United States enjoy the benefits of leasing or financing with Chrysler Financial.  Chrysler Financial has an employee base of 4,200 and supports a global portfolio of $75 billion.  For more information visit corp.chryslerfinancial.com. The Marketing Sales Reporting Analyst will be involved in the following: Development and maintenance of a system that will provide supplemental support to sales reporting redesign • Development of a data mart that will support Cognos reporting • Development of Cognos cubes and repots within sales reporting guidelines • Produce reports / analysis that can be utilized to measure results and determine program effectiveness • Responsible for maintenance of monthly and daily processes • Responsible for ad hoc reporting so support requests from Cerberus, Sr. management and management • Continual review of processes and documentation to ensure uniformity of all sales reporting data • Enhance cubes and reports with customer intelligence such as segmentation and forecasting • Maintenance of reporting system • Potential Cognos upgrades and migration to new data warehouseEducation Requirements: ·  Bachelor’s Degree in Business / ITM / Related Field, Master’s Degree preferred. Requirements: ·  Minimum of 3 years experience using Cognos BI tools·  Experience with SQL (DB2 preferred)·  Attention to detail, analytical & problem solving skills, and technical analysis expertise·  Good understanding of relational structures, dimensional data modeling, data warehouse and reporting techniques·  Ability to work with business users on requirements, develop appropriate specifications and build reporting metadata models and objects ·  Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment·  Experience in technical projects·  Strong analytical and problem solving skills  Preferred Requirements: ·  Experience with Cognos 8 is strongly preferred·  Sales reporting experience, Financial Services experience or VB programming desirable·  Statistics knowledge and SAS programming a plusApply Now
