Marketing Specialist/Telemarketing Manager

 Will manage outbound telemarketing for acquisition, activation and care-calling campaigns for consumer and business Credit Card campaigns across the Retail Payment Solutions organization. Specifically, will work with business units to identify telemarketing needs, challenges, and opportunities; develop scripts and training materials for telemarketing campaigns, obtaining necessary approvals from Legal and Compliance; manage and regularly monitor vendors and vendor performance; coordinate workload assignments and distribution, program changes and enhancements, audits, and vendor reviews; coordinate with internal telemarketing resources calling on Credit Card acquisition campaigns; develop and lead initiatives to maximize overall profitability, increase sales, or improve the customer experience, including operational infrastructure and process improvements, targeting strategies, training, script improvements, and/or incentive programs; work with Contact Centers on customer escalations as they relate to outbound telemarketing; and work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of selected programs. Your Career is Here.Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Four to six years of experience in marketing or related fieldPreferred Skills/Experience - Four to six years of direct marketing acquisition experience in the credit card and/or financial service industry - Thorough knowledge of marketing and sales strategies- Strong knowledge of credit card products, telemarketing industry and telemarketing regulations- Experience in the operations and performance management of call centers- Experience with telemarketing channel development and large telemarketing campaigns- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Good organizational and problem-solving skills - Strong analytical, strategic and creative skills- Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation and a strong work-ethic- Experience with contract negotiations and business development is a plus Email this Job to a Friend View all opportunities Job TItle: Marketing Specialist/Telemarketing Manager Location: Minneapolis, MN 55401 Job Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Marketing/Product Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
