As a Marketing Support Contact you will work out of the Regional office and have a variety of important responsibilities including:- Work closely with districts to support their marketing needs- Coordinate requests for customized fliers, posters, enrollment packets, and other marketing pieces- Facilitate group set up and maintenance- Preparation of annual information vital to the constant partnership with existing clients- Produce various reports, e.g., product and technical information, sales quotas and other marketing data- Assist in marketing campaigns, website, and various other marketing projects Benefits include medical, dental, vision, reimbursement accounts, life insurance and 401(k) retirement plan.Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Office Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Cross streets of Tatum Blvd. and Shea Blvd.)Please note that AIG Retirement is not offering relocation assistance for this position.MARKETING SUPPORT CONTACT JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Strong computer skills.- Must be familiar with MS Office Suite (intermediate or advanced skills with Word, Excel, Access and Illustrator preferred).- Two to five years office experience, five years preferred. - Demonstrated administrative and communication skills.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Self-starter who must be able to follow through on projects while working independently or on a team.- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Previous exposure to stocks, finance and/or insurance industry helpful.- Some lifting involved – 5 to 25 pound boxes.About AIG: American International Group, Inc.
