Policy Owner Service and Marketing Assistant for Successful Financial Advisor

This is a well-established firm providing insurance, investments and ideas to high income and high net worth individuals, companies and estates.

We need another experienced, full-time, professional individual to work closely with one of our leading financial representatives who is a Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant and Accredited Estate Planner.

Responsibilities: Accurate completion of applications for life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, disability income and long term care insurance; caring for clients; office organization, and advanced clerical duties. Verify and process client accounts, update records, prepare materials for appointments, etc. Interact with insurance company home offices and other advisors to help secure favorable underwriting results for influential clients.

Location: Camelback Corridor Financial District

Requirements

Outstanding writing and verbal skills, grammar, spelling and proofreading. Word / Excel / PowerPoint. Able to work with limited supervision and prioritize multiple tasks daily to maximize productivity. Prefer college degree.
