Qualified candidate needs to possess:
· Expertise at closing business over the phone and face-to-face
· Previous inside/telephone sales experience; medical equipment; financial; securities; etc.
· Ethical approach to business with an aggressive and positive attitude
· Willingness to undertake a paid, rigorous 2-week “boot-camp” local sales training course
· Ability to learn and execute proven marketing and sales programs that produce results
· Ability to follow a simple but essential sales relationship-type 1-2 days sales curve process
· Ability to lead by example and develop & lead a local high-performance sales team
· Ability to orchestrate/conduct professional bi-monthly free dinner seminars, luncheons, and breakfast meetings for local health practitioners using a power point presentation.
· Exceptional PC and CRM Skills required (i.e. Act!; Goldmine; or Sales Force)

You will begin with an intensive paid training working very closely with a proven sales executive that will require you to secure two sales during your first two weeks. (with our assistance.) You will then take full charge of developing and managing a large local Master Development Area business on their behalf.

This will be accomplished by establishing a local corporate showcase medical consulting business model consulting business prototype including the development of a regional corporate headquarters and training facility for the company.
