Description:ResponsibilitiesContacting customers with Victoria's Secret, Lerner and Maurices accounts that are between four and six months past due. Midrange collectors manage a queue of deliquent accounts. These individuals are responsible for making payment arrangements with customer by phone and bringing the deliquent accounts in their queue current. Performance measures for this position include, but are not limited to; monthly dollars collected, adherence to the law, attendance, call quality, number of accounts kept from writing-off, calls per hour, promises per hour, customer contacts per hour.Qualifications:Previous collection experience.
