The company services approximately 300,000 residential mortgage loans throughout the nation and is committed to quality customer service and best practices.  We are currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Cashier to join our Salt Lake City Cashiering Department.

 

Job Summary: Ensure borrower payments are logged and processed timely and accurately. Research missing payments to resolve quickly by assisting Customer Service in correcting misapplied payments to customers account. Respond to vender queries regarding missing payments. Ability to work quickly with efficiency and basic knowledge of Excel is critical to job performance.

Principal Duties: 1. Post and maintain superior 28 day amortizing bans 2. Research and complete correction forms 3. Post DSI suspense moneys 4. Follow-up and noting accounts

Job Specifications: 1. High School or GED 2. Understanding of Mortgage Loan Servicing 3. Proficient in MSP knowledge 4. Proficient in Word and Excel 5. Knowledgeable in the servicing industry 6. Customer Service skills
