David Winans GMAC Real Estate is a residential real estate firm with 4 offices and 50 sales associates covering the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Founded in 1984, David Winans/GMAC Real Estate is a part of General Motors and the GMAC family. GMAC Real Estate was founded on Premier Service and has a 98 % Customer Satisfaction Rating. David Winans/GMAC Real Estate is looking to add a loan officer to their in-house mortgage company. This is a unique opportunity to work as a in-house loan officer operating out of theDFW offices in Arlington,Dallas, Mansfield and Southlake. The in-house mortgage company of David Winans GMAC Real Estate runs under the name of Texas Loan Center. The loan officer's business will come from the sales associates. Customer service is a priority to the firm of David Winans/GMAC Real Estate. A 98% or better customer satisfaction rating will be expected of the loan officer. Requirements:

- must have minimum 2 years of mortgage experience

- understand pricing and underwriting requirements

- have working knowledge of Calyx Point, Word, Excel and Outlook

- Texas Mortgage Loan Officer license required

- outstanding communication and organizational skills
