  seeks a QA professional with both strong manual as well as Automated tools (Mercury QTP, Loadrunner)

Will have the opportunity to learn electronic trading and financial products.

Mostly automated testing, Mercury suite, Unix and windows, VB Scripting and SQL

 

 

 

2) Leading Mutual Fund Organization

seeks a QA professional with financial services experience .

-  Knowledge of financial business sector, mutual funds or banking business

-  Knowledge of various platforms, including NT, Unix, as well as Client/Server and internet concepts

-  Experience with Quality Center or other test repository tools such as Mercury desirable

We need a very talented QA Engineer with leadership ability who can build and create an entire QA  department from scratch.

Ideally hard core technical background from the Unix/Linux side. NOT a Web Based type tester. Dev. Environment is PERL, C++, Java.

This person gets to create everything from scratch..

 

Heavy Unix/Linux environment.

Basically they want someone who is currently in a "hands on" software QA engineering role who is looking to manager a team and grow. Someone who is technical by nature.  They will be writing test scripts/test scenarios/automated and manual testing.  Someone who came from a C++ or Perl or Java background would be ideal. They are looking for this person to build a team in India and also lead a couple of people here in NYC. 

 

4) Manual tester for a Global leader in Electronic Trading (Equities)

Overall – key need is Strong Analyst – someone who can test manually, data primarily. 

Most tools and technology can be taught – key is willingness and desire to learn and do a great job!!!

Regulatory reporting (mostly consists of real-time trade data reporting, OATS reports  and 605 reporting )  and all other Reporting:  the information that is archived after trades – this is virtually everything in the database, what all users have.. They are working to create an entire new global Data warehousing system – will be part of this major transformation and work closely with the DW team..

This is a manual tester – someone who can work with data

Need great testing, analytical skills and willingness to learn quickly

Seek solid SQL skills to pull data  - complex queries desired

 

Someone who can look at a situation/data and  â€œthink outside the boxâ€� –

 analyze requirements –  approach requirements properly

 

Scripting – specifically Python is a big plus but it can be learned
