About Palm Harbor Homes: * Publicly traded ~ (NASDAQ:PHHM) * Recognized as One of the 101 Best Companies to Work For* Number  8 on Forbes.com list of  America's Most Trustworthy Companies! * 2006 Home Builder of theYear! * Outstanding Modular Manufacturer of the Year. * National Housing Quality Award  Recipient.* 2006 Gold "EnergyValue" Housing Award Winner. * Winner of 3 MHI Design Awards for 2006.We are needing a MORTGAGE LOAN CLOSER with FHA experience for CountryPlace Mortgage located in Addison, TX.Section 1.03  Closer · Calculation sheet· Draw closing docs· Approve HUD1 and forward to Branch for inspection· Initiate/prepare 1st draw· Input all pertinent/available information into “Daybreak”· Check package for all required docs (Changed order) and prepares doc file· Sends funding conditions checklist to dealer, branch staff and copies funder· Forward file to funder (changed order)· Orders and follows up on all inspections and certifications (changed order), reviews them when received and forwards to funder· Weekly updates to dealer (follow up) on missing conditions· Requests draws from funder  Section 1.04  Funder · 2nd draw to final draw, with updates to Daybreak and Point with each draw and    verification all documentation is received for applicable draw· Clears funding conditions (or gives to underwriter for FHA loans)· Inputs serial #’s for draws into Daybreak· Responsible for ensuring all input into Daybreak is accurate, correct and complete· Final disbursements· Responsible for the “modification process”  –  Request interest payoff from accounting –  Update mod information on calc sheet –  Draw modification docs with final approval from management –  Have new HUD prepared if needed –  Calls dealer and/or borr to determine where docs need to be sent and notifies borr  docs have been sent and how much money is owed. We have created an environment where diversity is valued and trust and integrity are the cornerstones for all that we do.    To apply please send your resume to:   dgoodman@countryplacemortgage.com Company:Palm Harbor Homes Reference Code:CPM
