Large Financial Services Company is looking for a consultant responsible for the development and maintenance of a large web-based reporting system.  This consultant  that will be responsible for the architecture, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and maintenance of  the system and will need an understanding of  DotNetNuke, SAS, SQL Server, T-SQL, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, AJAX, VB.NET, C#.NET and other technologies as needed.  The position is responsible for development and maintenance of the Decisioner Quality Scorecard (DQS).  The DQS is utilized by Credit Risk Management, Retail National Underwriting and Institutional Lending National Underwriting to monitor underwriting activity and set annual Approval Authority Levels for individual underwriters.  Future enhancements are under consideration to expand the tool to support monitoring of key metrics in the origination process from an underwriter, HMC and a broker perspective.  Additional responsibilities include:  Establish standards for use within the team and providing guidance for other team members on creating efficient solutions. Understanding of multiple datamarts throughout the WFHM, be able to understand the different tools the organization uses to monitor risk (e.g., Fraud Risk Management, Credit Quality Assurance reporting, and Deficiency data).  Create additional reports that supplement the information currently available on the web-based DQS.
