Washington Financial Group, Inc. is searching for a Director of Branch Operations.

The Director of Branch Operations will be responsible for our branch office (net branch) all aspects of our branch office offering.  The ideal candidate will have worked as a loan originator and either managed a net branch operation or has owned a net branch.  The candidate should possess a unique blend of operations skill with sales experience, along with the ability to create process and drive solutions while coordinating with multiple departments within an organization.

The majoirty of our branches are located in the state of Washington, but we plan on expanding nationally.
