New Ventures Manager

 

Farheap Solutions, a technology based company with successful business operations in internet technologies, printing, and graphic design, seeks a dynamic, entrepreneurial-minded individual who can identify, select, analyze, and drive new growth opportunities and strategic partnerships. This key role will be part of a newly formed New Business Ventures group who work closely with other Farheap business units, potential acquisitions, strategic partners, and investors in the expansion of the New Ventures group.

The primary role of the New Ventures and Strategic Partnership Manager is to identify and analyze new business growth opportunities, and to develop partnerships for revenue growth of new ventures and existing company business units.

 

Specific duties and responsibilities of this role include:

· Performing marketing analyses, competitive analyses, and developing related business plans.

· Creating financial models to support business plans.

· Assist in crafting the strategy of new and existing company business units.

· Investigate potential acquisitions and perform due diligence.

· Build external business partnerships.







REQUIREMENTS:

MUST have a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, economics, or technical discipline, and an MBA from a top-ranked institution, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

MUST have 5 years of successful hands-on experience performing financial analyses, developing business plans, and engaging strategic partners in the expansion and growth of technology-related business. Experience in marketing is a plus.

· Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.

· Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

· Must be highly motivated, results-oriented and demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial attitude with a willingness to take risks.

· Must be versatile, flexible, and demonstrate an ability to successfully navigate and work in an ambiguous environment.

OUR HISTORY

Farheap Solutions Inc. started business in 1997 as a software company - developing custom solutions for various industries. Our founder and president set out to create software solutions that would create new opportunities by changing the way people do business.

Farheap recognized a tremendous need for a better solution to manage documents and information within state and county courts. We developed an easy to use court case management software package that allows court clerks to keep up with proceedings in real time.

Our next major business success was the development of a website for the printing industry that is extremely fast in its order, print, and delivery systems.

Along the way Farheap acquired a talented pool of designers and in 2004 decided to launch an externally facing design group. The success of our first design business lead to the formation of a second unit in 2006.

Farheap Solutions continues to launch business units in other industries where we find that our software and technology provide similar opportunities.
