We are currently seeking an experienced call center Collection Supervisor  for our facility in Columbus, OH.

 

The key responsibilities for this position are:

 Mentor, coach and motivate agents in a structured manner to achieve individual and team performance objectives.Monitor calls in progress to provide advice on employee development opportunities.Review and analyze performance reports to identify areas of effectiveness and opportunity and take appropriate actions to capitalize on same.Maintain accurate employee time records, performance reviews and corrective action plans.Ensure corporate, client and regulatory policies are adhered to.Provide customers with superior service by handling escalated calls in a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional manner.Provide training to representatives when necessary.Development of good rapport with agents and other levels of management; develop and maintain rapport with client to identify potential new opportunities.Use sound judgment and flexibility when recommending appropriate options and solutions.

 

 

The following are the requirements for this exciting opportunity:

 Minimum 1 year collections management experienceMinimum 1 year call center management experienceProven ability to motivate, coach and mentor agents on a day-to-day basisDynamic, motivational personality with a positive, courteous and professional demeanorComputer and MS OFFICE proficiencyMust be available to work a flexible, varied schedule
