Operation Supervisor

Directly supervises multiple correspondence associates, including interviewing and selecting staff, training, conducting performance evaluations, employee disciplinary actions, setting and adjusting schedules. Overseeing daily staffing levels and workload, determine priorities to ensure that all deliverables are met within established guidelines. Promoting and maintaining good employee morale through effective leadership. Providing coaching and training for all staff members based on individual performance and departmental objectives. Following established reporting requirements and procedures. Monitoring productivity and quality levels to ensure that service levels are maintained. Developing and maintains workflow and procedures to maximize efficiency and timeliness. Write and deliver performance evaluations and make personnel recommendations related to employees supervised. Track and prepare written responses on VIP and/or complaint letters. Acting as interim unit manager as necessary. Ensuring ongoing communication to employees and superiors. Performs related duties that are assigned or requested.



4 to 6 years of experience in the applicable operations area with previous working supervisor or lead role experience. Good PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly. Strong coaching/mentoring skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure. Strong knowledge of the rules and regulations governing the department. Research and problem solving skills. Detail oriented with good organizational skills. Strong writing and editing skills. Preferred, Bachelors degree in business related area. Ability to make recommendations to management about process changes which improve service. Preferred knowledge of DST products (including AWD, TA2000 and ENCORR. Mon-Fri 9-5 or 10-6
