Job Description: Wells Fargo Home Equity is one of America's largest providers of home equity serving more than 4 million customer households. Wells Fargo was first to introduce the Home Asset ManagementSM Account (combines mortgage and a home equity line of credit, enabling customers to finance a home in an all-in-one process), and the first to introduce the SmartFit Home Equity AccountSM (helps borrowers in a rising interest rate environment by offering the certainty of a fixed rate and affordable payments as low as interest only). Wells Fargo Home Equity currently has $83 billion in receivables and accounts for more than twenty-five percent of all Wells Fargo outstandings. Responsibilities include:- Create / Provide / Analyze daily, weekly, monthly performance metric reporting and analysis to identify key business trends, make recommendations to executive management, and provide business guidance and steering.- Utilize technical skill to research and problem solve variances in reporting sources and performance trends.- Produce and maintain periodic high level business analysis media for multiple business partners and levels of management that establishes business norms, rules, and expectations.- Provide ad-hoc analysis on business trends and performance detail to identify issues, provide solutions, and highlight opportunities.- Create and assemble graphical and detailed presentations of analytical results and key business findings- Supply communications to executive levels of management that effectively outlines business findings, organize scope and depth, and recommends actions for resolution and improvement. - Take ownership of key projects within the business that deliver new technologies, improve current architecture and drive WF business initiatives forward. Minimum Qualifications: - Intermediate MS SQL or similar SQL skills- Intermediate to expert MS Access skills- Expert - level skill with MS Excel- Intermediate to expert level skill with MS Powerpoint - Effective Business communication skills with ability to draft analytical and informational directions to customers at high levels of the WF organization. Preferred Skills: - 2-3 years of Experience in a contact center environment - Experience in producing metric performance reporting and in depth analysis for management and executive levels. - 1-3 years Experience with commonly used technologies in contact center environments and the performance areas they impact (i.e - Telephony, Workforce Management, Outbound Dialer, and desktop technologies).- Experience with problem solving, analysis, and researching issues within in a database and reporting environment.
