Operations Analyst Supervisor

The primary responsibility of the Operations Analyst Supervisor is to fully support our clients and the Investment Analyst team during all phases of the transition management process. The Operations Analyst Supervisor will be responsible for building a team of Operation Analysts, custodian and transition manager reviews/recommendations, and requests for proposal.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for all client transitions within a context of risk management and internal control
• Act as a key resource/expert in all aspects of the transition management process
• Design procedures and processes for transitions and provide detailed transition summary to the Investment Analyst team
• Meet with custodians and transition managers and convey recommendations
• Communicate effectively with external custodians and investment managers and maintain open communication with the Investment Analyst team
• Coordinate/monitor all phases of capital activity and transition of client assets
• Draft template letters of instruction and complete subscription documents
• Develop and maintain a database of client liquidity terms and stay abreast of liquidity terms for all client investments
• Review relevant trade journals regularly to identify industry trends
• Complete ad hoc projects/requests for the Investment Analyst team

Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Finance or business related field
• 5-7 years of investment related operational experience
• 2 + years of prior supervisory or managerial experience
• Ability to produce timely, error free work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, strict adherence to deadlines, and advanced problem-solving skills
• Must be a team player with effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Office products
