Operations Associate

Ladenburg Thalmann, one of the oldest members of the New York Stock Exchange, is seeking an Operations Associate to work in our Miami, Florida headquarters. This position is an excellent growth opportunity for a financial services professional.

 

Responsibilities will include assisting Operations Manager, data entry, creating daily reports, filing, and assisting support staff with various operational issues.

Candidate must have a minimum of three years of financial services experience. Experience in broker/dealer operations is preferred. Must be computer literate, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
