Operations Clerk 1

Job Description: As an Operations Clerk you will work independently performing simple data entry tasks. You may perform other clerical tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature that may include: receiving, logging, batching and/or distributing work; preparing and distributing incoming and/or outgoing mail or boxes; verifying or matching data on documents and/or items; and performing routine math calculations. The working environment is fun with a casual dress code but is also fast paced; production oriented, highly secured and may require you to work overtime. Our day is based on work volumes so start and/or end times may vary. Hours are Monday 8:30 AM to close (approx. 6:00 PM) and Tuesday through Friday 1:00 PM and work until when work is completed. Starting salary is $9.78/per hour and position includes an excellent benefits package! Minimum Qualifications: One year cash handling or production related experience. Proven balancing and reconciliation skills. Excellent mathematical / analytical skills, communication skills, and PC skills including Excel. Must be able to work under pressure, stand for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds. Must have strong leadership ability. Qualified candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work independently but also as a member of a team, and be flexible and adaptable enough to multi-task. Must have strong attention to detail and be able to produce accurate work within stringent.
