Operations Generalist

Citi Smith Barney's branch location in downtown Indianapolis has a position for an Operations Generalist.  This person will asist with all the branch operations functions including wire, cashiering, and new accounts.  Responsibilities include assisting in processing all Operational and Administrative transactions as may be requested: may perform New Accounts functions, verify documentation requirements, scan documents, enter new account information, may perform Cashier functions by processing incoming and outgoing checks, may perform Wire Operator functions by entering orders, process executions, perform additional duties as requires including Mail Room functions, filing, and faxing.  Qualifications include the ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and clients both written and verbal; flexible work habits; adaptable to change; self motivated; proven ability to take and understand direction.
