Oracle Applications Financials experience with 11i10 or 12, upgrade experience

Oracle Functional Consultants needed – Wave Consulting Group is seeking experienced Lead Consultants who will perform full lifecycle implementations and upgrades of Oracle financial applications. Qualified candidates will have 5-10 years of Oracle Financial functional experience (GL, AP, AR, CE, and FA).  Lead or Senior Consultants can lead a team of four resources and have knowledge in an additional area (Distribution, Projects, CRM).

Summary of Duties:
Support Wave Groups’ customers remotely and onsite throughout the TOLA  (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas Region).  As Wave Group’s grows, work may be identified outside of this region.

Support Wave Group’s customers through quality functional assistance and support of:Implementation of Oracle Applications.  Upgrade Configuration of the Oracle Applications.Develop and maintain Application Expertise in the area of Oracle

Financials and Distribution applications:Support the technical resources with functional support via specifications, testing, and analysis.Support and use the Wave Group’s Implementation Methodology during all engagements.Documentation of All DeliverablesStatus ReportingSupport of the project management team with planning and issues trackingMaintain the scope of given projects

Functional Delivery Consultant or as requested by Wave Group’s, Inc. management personnel.

Oracle Applications Knowledge Demonstrates knowledge of at least one full process area:Financials to Reports: Accounts Receivables, Cash Management, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, General Ledger;  Projects to Profits:  Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, Payables, Receivables, Payables; Purchase to Pay:  Purchasing, Payables, Cash Management, General Ledger; Order to Cash:  Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, Accounts Receivables.Integration Touch Points Understands and can demonstrate the integration of Oracle Applications through APIs and/or workflow.


Oracle Process Flows Demonstrates the ability to lead business process flow discussions with customers.  Has the skill to modify standard Oracle processes to map to the customers business.


Technical Knowledge
Has some Oracle technical knowledge to assist and support an Oracle Application implementation or upgrade.  Examples include basic sql, ability to describe tables, ability to review concurrent managers, ability to review workflows issues.


Methodology: Oracle AIM knowledge and practice Big 4 Methodology knowledge and practice Proficient in English (Oral and Written) Can work against of Project Plan * Timely Status Reports horough Documentation of identified Key Deliverables


Consulting Skills:Can lead a functional process discussion Time Management Skills Can lead team of Consultants and Client Business Analysts (2 - 5)Support Wave Group’s customers remotely and onsite throughout TOLA  (Texas, Oklahoma,Louisiana, Arkansas Region).  Potential travel to clients outside this geographic area
