P & C Insurance Agency Team

New owner, high-tech multi-line agency located in Atlantic Station. Great opportunity - all new staff. We're looking for two or more people who can come grow with us.  You'll be doing a bit of everything, including customer service and claims, but the focus will be on new sales of auto, homeowner, and business insurance. We'll market aggressively to help drive business into the agency, and we'll help train you, if need be, to quote and sell them. We have the advantage of a strong brand name and very competitive prices in the major lines of insurance. We're especially interested in people with experience.[We're also looking for an Office Manager - candidates must have significant agency experience.] And there will be very significant opportunities for advancement and promotion for everyone both inside this agency and within the company network. If you're talented and ambitious, you could wind up with your own agency. The new owner has extensive experience with the same brand-name company, and will be bringing proven techniques and technology into the agency. This will be a very open office where input will be sought from all staff members during regular meetings. Staff will be developing and implementing marketing strategies, especially those using internet and direct mail. Compensation depends on experience and ability. P&C license and some agency experience preferred but not required. Bilingual Spanish a plus. You'll get a base salary, good benefits, and a very aggressive bonus for sales. There is no limit on how much money you can make with us, and previous staff members working for the same agency owner have earned incomes well in excess of $50K because of bonuses.
