PCG Administration Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Manager, Branch Incentives Reports to the Director of Branch Incentives, Agreements and Cost Management. This position is responsible for designing, developing and implementing FA and BOM compensation plans to meet the strategic objectives of PCG. The Manager, Branch incentives will also be accountable for designing, developing and implementing Productivity Manager compensation plans to meet the strategic objectives of PCG and support the major market initiative. In addition, he / she will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing the Admin and Ops manager Bonus plans to meet the strategic objectives of PCG. Additional responsible include reviewing and gathering information on competitor compensation plans, and working closely with Finance, Technology, HR, Legal and PCG management teams on a variety of initiatives with multiple touchpoints (i.e. developing client commission schedules). Design and assess Branch Manager and Financial Advisor compensation programs; prepare reporting and analysis of budgeted and forecasted results versus actual performance; prepare analysis on modeling projections for compensation given specific market conditions, aggregation of branches within markets and complexes and overall financial projections; perform analysis on compensation projections for recruiting new branch managers; perform analytics on compensation for creating new markets and complexes within the regional structure; manage the communications on the compensation plans; manage the development and introduction of the compensation plan changes; develop bonus programs for other Branch Leadership teams in order to incent behavior that drives achievement of strategic objectives; oversee the content within the letters of understanding for Branch Managers; review and Oversee branch manager appointments; review Branch Manager compensation arrangements that are outside of specified policies; supervise the Branch Incentives associate; develop reporting and tracking of incentive expense. REQUIREMENTS: 5 years in retail brokerage or related experience; strong knowledge of compensation preferred; ability to prioritize work and meet critical deadlines; ability to effectively interface with all levels of management, Branch Managers, and Financial Advisors; strong leadership, judgment, and problem-solving skills. BA/BS degree or equivalent. Mon. - Fri., 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
